Questions tagged [lmde]

Use this tag for issues specific to Linux Mint Debian Edition as distinct from Debian. Use the [debian] tag unless the issue is exclusive to LMDE.

Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE) is a semi-rolling distribution based on Debian Testing. Unlike the main edition of Linux Mint, it is not derived from Ubuntu and, in fact, is not compatible with the Ubuntu repositories. It is, on the other hand, 100% compatible with the Debian repos and can be considered a flavor of Debian.
