Ubiquity is the graphical system install program used on Ubuntu live CDs. Use this for questions specifically about Ubiquity. Use /system-installation for general questions about installing a system.
Ubiquity is one of two install methods used by Ubuntu, the other being debian-installer. Ubiquity is the graphical installer used on the Live CD. Behind the scenes, it actually uses parts of Debian-installer to do the work.
