I have installed zorin on my thinkpad as I intend to switch from windows 10. However when i use the touchpad, it jumps/lags/freezes when i use it. It doesn't happen if i touch the touchpad very(!) lightly. It also has never been a problem on windows. Also it sometimes clicks randomly while moving the cursor. This is fixed by disabling "tap to click" but the other problem is still there (and I would also prefer to be able to tap to click normally).
I have read other questions similar and tried solutions but none have worked so far. This post has a ton of great answers which seem to work for everyone but me.
My laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad L570.
Also I have tried both Zorin and Zorin lite, both of which have this issue.
